Share My Banana ("the service") is run by Daniel Poulsen. By using the service you enter into an agreement with Daniel Poulsen and accept these terms.

The service

Share My Banana is an entertainment game. You get a banana, share your link and collect Banana Coins (BC) and cosmetic items. BC and all items are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.

Your banana

You are responsible for keeping access to your banana, for example by saving it with your email. You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, or have a guardian's permission.

Don't be a rotten banana

You may not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, fake visits with bots or scripts, infringe others' rights, choose offensive names, or interfere with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering).

Ownership

Daniel Poulsen owns the service, its software, artwork and branding. Buying an item gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it in the game.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the bananas peeling, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Game rules, rewards and seasons may change. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, cheating, non-payment, or security and fraud risks.
